Goods claim

In the event that a defect appears on any of the purchased products, you can claim it within the statutory period of 2 years. Complaints do not include damage caused by wear and tear of the product, improper handling, or I use the product in violation of the Instructions for Use.

• Pack the claimed goods so that they are maximally protected during transport, ideally in the original packaging.
• Fill in the form for Goods claim
• Print the completed form and place it in the package together with the goods you want to claim.
• Send the shipment to WeDrink s.r.o., Starý Brázdim 75, Brázdim, 250 63, Czech Republic.
• The costs associated with sending the goods are paid by the customer.
• If you are not sure whether it is a defect covered by the complaint, send us photos of the claimed goods to the e-mail address eshop@wedrink-shop.com.
